Shipping Policy

Since all items are hand-poured, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days (depending on your location). 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by these factors.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT issue refunds or make price adjustments due to unused discount codes. Discount codes must be used at the time of checkout in order to be redeemed. 

Incorrect Address Policy

It’s important to double-check your shipping information before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Missing apartment numbers will result in the package being returned to us by the carrier.

If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct it. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may choose to:

 a. Pay an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

b. Request a refund for the product cost, minus the original shipping fee.
