Refund policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! We offer refunds or exchanges due to damaged products within 14 days of your item being delivered. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT issue refunds or make price adjustments due to unused discount codes. Discount codes must be used at the time of checkout in order to be redeemed.
To initiate a refund or exchange due to a damaged product:
•Contact us at support@bcwcandleboutique.com with your order number and the details of the issue.
•Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
